Refund policy

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for an exchange. We apologize and want to ensure you get a replacement as quickly as possible. Feel free to send us an email at support@kynfolkclothing.com to notify us of the problem. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern. Please attach a picture(s) of the product(s) showing this defect.

Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings. Due to variation in monitor settings, Kynfolk Clothing makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product. 

Note that like-named colors used by various apparel manufactures/brands/styles are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of the Kynfolk Clothing thread guide options.
